Science can soothe a mind
Religion can soothe a soul
Within fun there's nonsense
And that's not about control

You saw the world's danger
And it pushed you up a tree
If you feel alone and scared
Maybe you should really be
With health exists a balance
Of our soul and what we see

Some of us had it very hard
Seems some just skated by
Life is fuller with the wisdom
That only happens if we try

We're many different groups
It's nature to push and blame
Part natural selection's curse
Also, partly culture's shame

So, let's constuct our truths
Make names and categorize
But remember what we know
Could be someone else's lies

Of this, you feel is nonsense?
And you claim it shouldn't be!
But, primates tend to group
And their opposite, an enemy
